From June 29 to July 1, 2025, we’ll be taking part in the Summer Fancy Food Show, the largest North American event dedicated to the food & beverage industry, hosted at the prestigious Javits Center in Manhattan. It’s a valuable opportunity to showcase our specialties—olives, antipasti, and preserved vegetables—which tell the story of the Marche region, its seasons, the quality of its ingredients, and our daily dedication.
For us, bringing Castellino products overseas is much more than a business trip. It’s a chance to meet new people, exchange ideas, and share stories of flavor and tradition that connect distant cultures through a common pursuit of authenticity.
