Meat rolls with bacon and Castellino grilled mushrooms

A fillet of beef, a slice of bacon and our grilled mushrooms. The perfect second dish!


150 g tenderloin per person

60 g bacon

300 g grilled mushrooms

1/2 glass of red wine

1 pinch salt and pepper

1 tablespoon parsley


1Take a tenderloin, put salt and pepper on both sides. Heat up a nonstick pan and, once ready, brown the tenderloin 2 minutes per side. Remove it from the stove and put a slice of bacon around it; fix everything with a twine. Finish to cook it in the pan adding our grilled mushrooms simmered with red wine. Serve it with fresh parsley.
