All the production phases are constantly checked by the latest electronic systems.The products are pasteurised and this process is always supervised by monitoring the temperature.

From these checks we are able to extract values that are analysed by the computer, this provides information , that allows us to guarantee scientifically a perfect pasteurization of all our products. Careful microbiological and chemical analyses continually take place in order to guarantee our clients' safety and a product of top quality .
