.: PRODUCTION STAGES
Production starts with the choosing of our suppliers and the best possible raw materials. We closely respect the European standards and the HACCP laws to guarantee an excellent product . A chemical check and any necessary adjusting of the salt level and of the Ph level, guarantees optimal conditions for the conservation of the product.
The products are then pasteurised and this process is always supervised by monitoring the temperature and by checking the pasteurization. The chemical analysis guarantees that the products do not contain any pesticides, aflatoxins, preservatives and substances harmful to the health of our clients. By respecting the hygiene laws with regards to the storing of raw materials at every stage of production, we ensure a high level of safety of our products.
