Ralò , in order to identify and satisfy all the expectations of its Customers as well as its own personnel has decided to establish a Quality Management System for all activities concerning quality assurance and company procedures in accordance with the following standards: - BRC Standard - UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
 
 
The BRC ( British Retail Con-sortium) Standard , represents a model recognized by the English-speaking and which is rapidly accepted through Europe. Such product specifications which was obtained in April 2005 from the English certifying agency CMI ( Ukas credit ), has confirmed the capacity our company's ability to supply large Retail Chains .
Thanks to the Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, awarded by one of the major accrediting organizations Sincert , Ralò can assure their Customers the satisfaction of all their needs, in accordance with all quality requirements at every management level : from raw material purchasing through product development and production planning to product shipment.
The Ralo' is enrolled in the directory of the suppliers who have the certification to Standard BRC . Such directory is visible to the following address: www.brc.org.uk
