E verything began in the seventies when Mr. Vincenzo Lombardo, the owner of the liqueur factory Ralò, decided to move his factory and his family from Rome to San Severino Marche, where his wife was born. Here he continued his usual family business with liqueurs until one day, a friend of his made an offer during a phone call: "Why don't you help me sell some olives?" he said. This product was quite different to what the company was actually dealing with, but that didn't worry him, so he decided to try and sell olives from the area where he was born. The feed-back was immediate and demand was growing. Gradually the production of liqueurs stopped and the business dedicates itself entirely to olives; Seeing a continual growth and success in the business, Ralò has moved to new premises and widens its range of products to other vegetables in oil and vinegar. Sales increase and not only does the business expand throughout Italy but also in Europe and the United States.
Indeed, We have been rewarded for all the hard work and innovative ideas thanks to the idea of selling these products in different packaging, such as the tray ; |

| Thanks also to the new method of preserving these products which allow them to remain fresh for a longer period of time. Very soon these new premises are not enough and so we must expand to today's 6'500 sqm , about 50 people work here. Even though many changes have been made in this firm our slogan has always remained the same: top quality and innovation . This is the key that gives us the courage to face future challenges which are sure to come and which allows us to stay near our clients not only as suppliers but as real partners. |
